Known for unearthing forgotten fragments of Cornish life and breathing them into both music and film, Richard’s voice is steeped in the salt air and granite of his homeland. Alongside Neal Jolly (Double Bass, Whistles, Vocals) and Steve Hawker (Piano), his fiddle and cittern weave a soundscape that is at once intimate and expansive. Together they conjure a living tapestry. Echoes of miners’ laments, unbelievable yet true stories and timeless landscapes where each song feels like a step deeper into Cornwall’s bedrock.
