Spring Equinox Intuitive Painting Workshop
Feeling the spring time urge to be creative? Keen to connect with your intuition? When we create from an intuitive, playful and experimental place something new is allowed to come through.
This workshop builds on the approach of painting as a spiritual practice, a dance and conversation with Soul, choosing to express through you moment to moment.
It also taps into the Psychosynthesis practice of making space for insight and wisdom to emerge through guided visualisation, building trust in the deeper navigation system of intuition directing us towards wholeness.
No need to be an artist as this approach is more about allowing, playing and trusting the process.
We will be enjoying the beautiful space of the Gardener's House in the tranquil Morrab Gardens, a delight to the senses.
All painting materials provided, although you are welcome to bring your favourites should you wish.
There will also be a lunchtime snack of bread, cheese and hummus but feel free to bring anything you need to keep energy levels up.

About me
I am a qualified Psychosynthesis counsellor and artist, living in West Penwith. I studied Fine Art at Falmouth and has since then developed a practice which supports me spiritually. I am inspired by the ancient landscape of Penwith and of intuitive artists such as Frida Kahlo and Cecil Collins.
