An evening of rhythm, intention and shared healing at The Old School
Step into the circle and gather around the Mother Drum as we journey together through sound, presence and intention.
This evening focuses on both personal and collective healing, moving through a series of rounds that gently guide the group into deeper connection. We begin by creating a sacred, held space, then drum together with purpose — shifting energy, releasing old patterns, and opening to something new. We close with a collective sound offering, sending healing out into the wider world.
It’s a powerful, beautiful journey — simple, rhythmic and deeply connective.
Graig has been a Shiatsu and Energy practitioner since 2005, with many years immersed in sound, shamanic and energetic practices. He trained in Sacred Drum Healing through the College of Sound Healing with Mike Barron, in a lineage passed down from Wallace Black Elk, a Lakota Medicine Man, making this a deeply rooted and respectful practice.
