Full Mandala Flow for Peace

Caitlin is a Pentwater native and Grand Rapids resident. Her teaching style is creative and hands on. Her classes are infused with music, breathwork and meditation.

Mandalas represent wholeness, unity, and the interconnectedness of all things. During this practice you will visit each side of your mat flowing in a full circle. You are invited to turn inward to find peace in the cyclical nature of the universe.
