Join us for a powerful, heart-opening weekend experience designed to help soften your armour, reconnect within, and spark the energy that reminds you what it means to be human.

Over two immersive gatherings — a Friday evening FULL MOON session and a Saturday morning experience — Dr. Kevin Preston will guide participants through a journey of breath, movement, and energetic opening. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can let your guard down, open your heart, and connect deeply to your purpose and potential. Release emotional barriers and protective walls, and tap into a sense of universal love and shared humanity. 

Friday night 6:00 - 8:30PM
Saturday morning 9:00 - 12:00PM

$145 per person

Location: The Standard Space - 124 Estabrook Ave, Penticton, BC

Come prepared for mindful movement, breath work and time. Please wear clothes you can move in, bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and cozy layers you can take off or add on. Feel free to bring any other props/blankets, etc that will help you get comfortable.
