You will be guided through a conscious connected breathwork experience led by Certified Breathwork Facilitator Lucinda Bibbs, co-owner of New Ground Wellness. This experiential breath journey is designed to help you deepen your connection to your authentic self, release what no longer serves you, and create space for your intentions and visions for the year ahead—tapping into your truest potential. This breathwork experience is accessible and welcoming for both beginners and those with prior experience.Following the breathwork, the experience will gently transition into a deeply relaxing sound journey led by Jessica from Balanced by Sound.
