Extra Gentle Yoga with Sanaz is designed to help calm the nervous system, soften tension, and restore the body and mind through slow, supportive practices.

This intuitive class includes gentle movement while lying down on your back, sides, and belly, along with breathing practices, guided meditation, EFT tapping, and a restful Yoga Nidra to finish.
