This Week’s Topic – Exploring Emotions Through Improv
Jump into a playful, safe space where we’ll experiment with expressing emotions through our bodies, voices, facial expressions, and character choices. In this session, you’ll practice shifting feelings on the spot, reacting spontaneously, and fully inhabiting the emotions of your scene—whether they’re subtle, bold, or downright silly. Through guided exercises and supportive play, you’ll expand your emotional range, strengthen your confidence, and enhance your presence and creativity with other players on stage. Most importantly, you’ll discover how much fun emotions can be, and how exploring them can bring more joy, energy, and connection to your improv scenes.
