If you are a teacher, this comprehensive training will expand your teaching portfolio into the exciting dynamics of Aerial Yoga!

You do not need to be a yoga teacher or have previous aerial experience to take this training, just a desire to want to learn more about aerial yoga.

Registrations will be honoured on a first come first serve basis. Secure your spot now and we will contact you for payment options.

You will learn:

• To teach and sequence full balanced classes that seamlessly transition from floor to flying aerial poses and counterposes, for a well-rounded aerial yoga practice

• Assist and spot students of all body types and abilities

• Safely guide students in and out of positions

• Inversions and tricks

• Creative sequencing workshop

• Aerial yin

• Safe rigging techniques

This training is suitable for instructors of yoga, pilates, dance, fitness etc as well as students who just love aerial!

You will be given a Certificate of Completion at the end of your 20 hour program.

Space is limited! Minimum of 6 students required for training to run, so please share with your peoples!
