- **Event Description**: This can be the most emotionally taxing time of the year for myself and so many others. As we each have our own personal twitch triggers it can be difficult to find the right switch to dim if not off. 

That’s where, drawing, painting, scribbling, doodling and generally getting  crafty has helped Me, Myself and I through the twitches. 

This and knowing it will be fun I want share these techniques with you in a safe environment, where you will be free to just be. No pressure, no judgment just a gentle if slightly wonky guidance in Arty/Crafty play even with expletives if that’s what you need to turn the Twitch into a Twinkle.

I want to make it affordable as possible £10 for a 2 hours session. If a Social Club member £7.50.  Booking required up to 8 people per session (including myself). If nervous arrangements can be made for smaller group. Contact on here or come see me in person, only Tuesdays between 11.30am - 3.30pm at The Corniche Cove (opposite war memorial)
