Join The Pig & I and Gary’s Biergarten for a culinary celebration of the sea — an evening of Gulf Coast seafood, Italian tradition, and open-air dining beneath the garden lights.
Guests will enjoy nine courses, including a welcome amuse-bouche, seven seafood-focused dishes, and a final dessert course — each showcasing refined technique, local ingredients, and seasonal flavors.
Choose between wine pairings or beer pairings designed to complement every course. Each ticket also includes a full-pour drink ticket, so you can start the evening with your favorite glass of something cold.

The dinner takes place in Gary’s garden — two long, candlelit tables set among greenery and twinkling lights. Expect a relaxed but elevated pace: fine dining with flip-flop energy.
