I Got Your 6 Yoga Class at Bubba's 33
I'm honored to be part of this special event, sharing my love of yoga to support fellow veterans. As someone who lives with PTSD, depression, and anxiety, I know the ups and downs all too well. But on July 26th, let’s come together, breathe, move, and make it a good day. 🧘‍♂️🤍

I'll kick off the class with a grounding mindful meditation something you can carry with you on and off the mat. Let’s flow together for a powerful cause. All the details are on the flyer. I hope to see you there!
