- **Event Description**: Each month I put together a listening event based on classic literature of the strange or spooky variety. This event includes a selection of short stories from Edgar Allen Poe and an excerpt from Bram Stoker's Dracula. 

You have the option to sit or lay on the ground, with comfy pillows and blankets provided. I'll also have the tea station going if you'd like a hot drink, or bring your own non alcoholic beverage. 
Or you can rent a hammock silk that I will hang approximately calf level, that you can use as an additional prop. This is a fun way to explore restorative or yin postures, or you can even just lay in the hammock the whole time if you'd like! 

We start the class with a quick demo of a few poses you might like to try, and then I start the playlist and we all just chill out and move at our own pace with what feels good to your body. 

These are very low key events, with no yoga, restorative, or aerial experience necessary. Adults and age 16+, all genders, shapes, and sizes welcome.
