Low hung hammocks act as an additional prop to provide support, targeted pressure, or weightlessness as we move through poses.  
In the style of yin or restorative, poses are held for several minutes each to provide release of the muscles and fascia. 

Nikki will guide you by voice and with gentle hands-on assists(optional with permission).
The lighting will be dim, low music, and essential oils will be offered. 

Beginner friendly. All bodies and beings welcome. :)
This class is suitable for ages 16 and up.

$25 with own silk, $5 silk rental may apply
