- **Event Description**: Aerial  Restorative uses a hammock for support and guidance.  The hammock is suspended a short distance from the ground. It allows the spine to lengthen and provide structural release, joint hydration, and full body relaxation. This practice helps with pain relief and improves focus and concentration.  
Nikki will guide you by voice and with gentle hands-on assists(optional with permission).
The lighting will be dim, low music, and essential oils will be offered. 

Beginner friendly. All bodies and beings welcome. :)
This class is suitable for ages 15 and up.
