The studio will be decked out in UV black lights so wear your best neon or white clothing and come GLOW with us!

We will start with an aerial yoga warm up, and then move onto conditioning moves that will help you build the muscles, mobility, and flexibility that you need for aerial arts. We will also look at a few beginner and upper beginner level tricks! We will also have a wind down and savasana.

Beginner friendly. All bodies welcome. :) Silks classes are suitable for ages 13 and up. 
Bring water and be ready to work!
Please do not wear jewelry as this can snag in the silks!

Two hour notice is required if you are unable to attend and would like to request a credit on your account. No refunds are allowed. You must message Nikki 850–463–2758 for aerial event questions, cancellations, or reschedules.

There is a two person minimum attendance policy for Nikki’s aerial events. Credits will be given if the minimum attendance is not met 2 hours prior to event.

Aerial Events have a pricing option of One session for $25 (10 day expiration date), Four sessions for $70 (35 day expiration date), and Eight sessions for $120 (70 day expiration date). These sessions can be applied to any of Nikki’s aerial events except for Spooky Listening Events, as these are priced less than other events.
