Angelena’s, located in the heart of the entertainment district in historic downtown Pensacola, is preparing to celebrate the New Year!

Angelena’s will be offering three special seatings for the evening for our annual New Year’s Eve food and wine event. The seatings will be held at 5 p.m., 7 p.m., and 9 p.m.; and will feature the culinary creations of Chef Ian Gillette, with a fixed-price, four-course menu. The cost per person is $125 plus tax and gratuity. Matt Nichols, wine director, will also offer a wine pairing for the evening for $45. Complimentary New Year’s Eve favors are included as well as complimentary parking in the Southtowne garage with validation upon arrival with the hostess.

The featured menu for the New Year’s Eve is as follows:

Antipasto - Choice of
Tuna Crudo alla Siciliana
Sicilian green olives, citrus, fermented chili, Tuscan olive oil, fried oregano

Ricotta Gnocchi
Truffle cream, local mushrooms 


Primo – Choice of
Pear Salad
Poached pear, Belgian endive, arugula, Gorgonzola dolce, candied walnut, aged balsamic

Beet Salad 
Roasted beets, blood oranges, chili oil, pickled shallots, Fresno peppers, goat cheese, pistachio


Secondo – Choice of
Risotto Milanese
Saffron, lobster, seared scallops, Calabrian chili jam 

Espresso-Crusted Beef Tenderloin
Parsnip-celery root puree, caramelized carrots, chianti cocoa jus

Chestnut and Porcini Ravioli 
Brown butter, sage, truffles


Dolce – Choice of
Bonet Piemontese
Chocolate, coffee, rum custard, crushed amaretti cookies

At the turn of the century, Giatano Giardina, an Italian immigrant, was in search of the American dream and found it here in Pensacola. Angelena's offers coastal Italian cuisine as well as an extensive list of Italian wines.
