This free event is designed to break down the barriers that too often keep people from getting the care they need.
We’ll have experienced clinicians on hand providing basic health screenings that offer valuable insights into your overall wellness. These include blood pressure checks, height and weight measurements, and even basic lab tests like cholesterol and blood sugar screenings. These simple assessments can provide early warning signs of conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension—all of which are far more manageable when detected early.
But the Wellness Reset is about more than just screenings. We understand that healthcare can be confusing and stressful to navigate. That’s why we’ll have patient service advisors available throughout the event to help you understand your insurance options, schedule follow-up appointments, or simply answer any questions you might have about accessing care. Whether you’ve struggled to establish regular doctor visits or have a specific health concern you’d like to address, our team will be there to guide you through the next steps.
We’ll also provide free food for attendees and have giveaways throughout the day, because we believe taking care of your health should be a positive, welcoming experience.
