We are on the Gulf side. We are the furthest east you can go in the parking lot, parked on the side of the road, not in the actual lot itself.There will be a large red feather flag that says Swan Michelle Wellness.Look for a black Rav4 with surf racks and a large Inner Light Surf Shop sticker and a large blue Sound Bath flame flying in the sand.It is 3 miles West of Opal Beach. There is no yoga asana that takes place. No props are brought to this public event.Wear comfortable clothing, or a bathing suite.Experience Level:This is an artful, open even for the family. Children may come and swim while you lie down, or lie down with you. We just ask for a quiet environment once we begin, as this is an experience in sound and in listening for deep healing. No experience is necessary.Weather and Refund Policies:Pre-registration is required. 5 participants must be registered for a Sound Bath to take place. Register now if you plan to attend.
