We are on the Gulf side. It has been my experience that if you bring a sleeping back and fun cozy blankets you will be more than fine in the loving winter sun.What to bring:Anything that keeps you feeling cozy in the sand. Blankets, sleeping bags, towels, meditation cushion, pillows, bolsters. There is no yoga asana that takes place. No props are brought to this public event. Wear comfortable clothing, or a bathing suite.Experience:This is an artful, open even for the family. Children may come and swim while you lie down, or lie down with you. We just ask for a quiet environment once we begin, as this is an experience in sound and in listening for deep healing.
