If you can't make it to all the sessions, please don't worry - they make sense alone and together. You can also attend if you have attended one-off or series' workshops in the past.Learn new tools and practices for writing in a trauma informed, safe space. The workshops are held in an accessible venue.The workshops are trauma informed and designed to give survivors the tools to take away and write - but there's no obligation to write specifically about your trauma. It's a safe space, held by fellow survivors, where the impact of trauma is understood and given room.The facilitator has a level 3 counselling diploma and an MA in creative writing, is safeguarding trained and is an experienced facilitator. We can hold space for you safely.We'll explore methods such as journalling and free-writing, using prompts and more over the course of 4 sessions.No writing experience is necessary, as this workshop is focused on providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for everyone. Share your thoughts, explore your creativity, and connect with others who have similar experiences. Bring a pen and a notebook along with you!
