🌟 FREE Pilates Tester Class – Come Try ZenFlex! 🌟

Hi everyone! I’m Mimmy — a qualified Level 4 Mat Pilates instructor — and I’d love to invite you to my very first class in the area!

I’ll be teaching a choreographed Pilates session to music 🎶 so we can have fun while strengthening body, mind, and soul. This free tester class is a perfect chance to try it out in a relaxed, supportive space 💜

This gentle and welcoming class focuses on:
✅ Core strength
✅ Flexibility & posture
✅ Joint-friendly, breath-led movement
✅ Support for injury recovery, or simply moving to feel good!

💸 Cost: FREE for this first class! (£10 per class after, which can be booked online)
