The skiff, named after one of our founding members Gwen Christian who sadly past away a while ago is now ready to take to the water. Although our fund raising efforts are still continuing, we are proud to announce the naming ceremony will take place on Saturday February 14th 2026 on Penryn Town Quay TR10 8LS at 2.30 pm. We hope that members both past and present, CRA club rowers and interested locals alike will attend the inaugural outing of this beautiful grand addition to the clubs fleet, perhaps spend a little time with us reminiscing the past glory days of our club and tour the clubhouse. Come and meet our junior rowing crews who are helping to keep this local CRA club alive, winning trophies and having fun. Our Grand Raffle Draw continues to raise funds for the new club trailer needed to transport 'Gwen C'. to local regatta's. It culminates in a club evening hosted at Penryn Bowling Club, Quay Hill TR10 8JE Saturday 28th February 2026 at 7.30 pm.
