Fermentation Friday

Roll up your sleeves and dive into the living world of fermentation in this fun, hands-on class designed for families and curious beginners alike with Barb. During this class, you'll discover the art and science behind two of the most beloved home ferments — bubbly kombucha and crusty sourdough — while making your own take-home starters to keep fermenting long after class ends.

What You’ll Learn & Do:
Mix your own wild sourdough starter from scratch and learn how to feed, care for, and bake with it
Build a healthy SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) and brew your own first batch of kombucha
Discover how simple fermentation can be at home
Take home your starters, care guides, and recipe sheets
