Once a month we open the studio for a few quiet hours of shared silence.

A satsang traditionally means gathering in the presence of truth. For us, that simply means coming together in a calm, silent space where everyone is free to do their own practice.

You might read, journal, meditate, stretch, do a slow personal yoga practice, work on teacher training homework, create some art, pray, or simply lie down and rest. Some people will move, some will sit, some might nap. All of it is welcome.

The only guideline is that the space remains silent so everyone can drop into their own experience.

A staff member will be on site holding the space and keeping the tea hot, but there is no facilitation or structured class.

You’re welcome to arrive or leave quietly anytime between 9am and 12pm.

What to bring:
• A book, journal, or anything you’d like to work on
• Yoga mat if you’d like to stretch or rest
• Art supplies or study materials
• Layers for comfort
