REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

• Registration for our March 2025 Triathlon & Duathlon race is now OPEN.
• Registration is open to Members and Non-Members.
• Online Registration will CLOSE at 6pm on Friday 28 February 2025.


Race Options:
Triathlon:
•	Sprint – 14+years – 750m swim/20km bike/5km run
•	Enticer - 12+ years - 250m swim/10km bike/2km run
•	Junior 10-15 years - 100m swim/5km bike/1km run
•	Sub-Junior 7-10 years – 100m swim/2km bike/500m run
•	Mini/Micro under 10 years** – 50m swim/1km bike/100m run
**children up to 10 years of age can register for the mini/micro race
Duathlon:
•	Sprint – 14+ years 5km run/20km bike/2.5km run
•	Enticer – 12 + years 2km run/10km bike/2km run
•	Junior – 10-15 years 1km run/5km bike/1 km run
•	Sub-Junior – 7-10 years 500m run/2km bike/500m run
•	Mini/micro – under 7 years – 100m run/1km bike/100m run
**children up to 10 years of age can register for the mini/micro race

•	Registration desk opens 12.45pm
•	Registration desk closes 1.45pm
•	Race briefing 1.50pm
•	Mini/Micro & Sub-Junior race start 2.00pm

Junior, Enticer & Sprint TRIATHLON & DUATHLON Races
•	Registration desk opens 12.45pm
•	Registration desk closes 1.45pm – if you arrive after this time, you will not be able to race
•	Main race briefing 2.15pm (approx.) – straight after mini micro/sun junior races finish
•	Junior, Enticer & Sprint TRIATHLON & DUATHLON races start 2.30pm (approx.)


IMPORTANT NOTE – if you have not done an open water swim-based triathlon, or have not swum at the Regatta Centre previously, we strongly recommend that you do the Enticer distance first, regardless of whether you are a ‘strong’ swimmer. This enables you to gain some open water experience prior to stepping up to the longer distance. Swimming in an open body of water is quite different from swimming in a pool.

Sprint & Enticer Races: – PTC Member $35; Triathlon Australia Member but not PTC member $45; Non-Member $55**
Junior Race – PTC Member $25; Triathlon Australia Member but not PTC member $35; Non-Member $45**
Mini/Micro & Sub-Junior Races (under 10 yrs) – Free
*Note - prices shown do not include the 'Active' Administration/Processing Fee (approx additional 5.4%) which will be added at checkout.

**Non-Members:
Note – Non-Club Members and/or Non-AusTriathlon Members are permitted to participate in a maximum of two (2) club conducted events within New South Wales in any given membership year (1 July – 30 June each year). You must then become a member of AusTriathlon prior to registering for any future races.

Refunds/Withdrawals/Transfers: If you are unable to race, a refund may be provided (less any ‘Active’ processing fees), subject to receipt of your request via email prior to the online registration portal closing.  In lieu of a refund, you may elect to transfer your registration to the next available race. All requests must be in writing to race@pantherstriclub.com.au.
Once the online registration portal has closed for a race, no refunds will be available.

Late Entries: There are no on the day entries.  All registrations must be completed via the online registration portal, which closes 2 days prior to race day.

VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED:
As usual, we can't run these races without your assistance. Please register as a volunteer (you'll get an email after the race with a code for free entry into the next race). There are roles available that you can do AND still race on the day. Please help us to make these events fun, successful and safe.
*Note - participants 15years and under must provide a volunteer (please ensure you register as a volunteer).
