This 6 week course takes you on a fabulous journey of understanding and knowledge to increase the holistic vibrant wellbeing of women and help them embrace this time of change with confidence.

Starting on Friday 9th January and meeting every Friday for 6 weeks, 10am to 3.30pm.
Case study work is needed to complete this course.
