Learn all you need to know from the Mountain Run team about how to tackle your first skyrace

Let Mountain Run's seasoned skyrunning instructors help you to gain the skills necessary to take on your first skyrace or develop your skill further to excel in the skyraces you have booked this season.

09:30 to 17:30

• 2.5 hours of uphill/downhill/skyrunning skills
• Break - 30 minutes to eat, hydrate and talk
• 5 hours 'actual skyrunning' over technical sections of the Rab Helvellyn Sky Ultra route - with Mountain Run inc. 15km skyrun with 900m ascent
• Meeting Location: The Pavilion, Grisedale Bridge, Penrith CA11 0PJ
