- **Event Description**: We are delighted to welcome Tracey Woods from Heart Song Healing, who joins us to share this wonderful modality. To give everyone the opportunity to experience these powerful techniques, we will be hosting a Soundscape workshop each month.

A perfect antidote to our stressful lives and frayed nervous systems, sound healing is especially supportive if you are feeling off balance, overwhelmed, or exhausted, and when deep relaxation and peace feel difficult to find.

A Soundscape experience offers an incredible array of instruments from around the world designed to restore, rebalance, and harmonise the nervous system. These soothing sounds and vibrations can gently bypass the mental chatter of the mind, allowing deeper states of relaxation and ease to emerge.

Be immersed in the calming tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls, monochord, koshi chimes, and other unique instruments, and allow yourself to sink into a state of deep peace and bliss.

You’ll return from this journey feeling calm, centred, balanced, and aligned.
