Art Therapy Group (Penrith)

Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join our art therapy group workshop.

These sessions are facilitated by trained and experienced counsellors in group-based setting that provides an opportunity to connect with other carers and express thoughts and feelings with art. No artistic experience necessary! All art materials will be provided. Morning tea will also be provided.

Sessions will be held weekly on Thursdays 19th Feburary, 26th February and 5th March, 2026. We recommend attending all sessions to get the most from the experience. Carers may also be required to complete a wellbeing assessment to determine suitability and provide best supports to carers prior to commencement of the group.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
