Over the weekend, we will take you away from the crowds and swim in the most amazing swimming spots.

The places we will be swimming at during the weekend will require walking on uneven footpaths and will involve some uphill walking – a reasonable level of fitness and constant footwork is required.

Leave your kids at home, switch off your phone and immerse yourself in this amazing landscape.

You will stay at Tŷ Newydd Writing Center on the banks of the Dwyfor River.

All meals are provided, and there is plenty of homemade cake to fuel the swims.

Flowing rivers, incredible waterfalls and lakes nestled in the mountains. We will swim in at least four different glorious locations that are off the beaten track.

We want to give you the confidence to plan your own adventurous wild swims. Wild swimming in the mountains is good for the soul. This retreat is suitable for adults only.

You don't need any fancy equipment, just a swimsuit, a towel and some shoes to wear in the water. You may choose to bring a dry robe and a wet suit.

You will need good footwear such as walking boots or sturdy training shoes along with a waterproof jacket and a rucksack with shoulder straps to carry your gear.
