- **Event Description**: We are looking forward to sharing this Seasonal Yoga & Sound Bath mini-retreat in the beautiful yoga room in my home where we will practice Seasonal Somatic Yoga followed by a sound bath leaving you renewed and refreshed. This will be followed by a lovely tasty vegetarian lunch.

10.30am - 10.45am - Short talk about the connection between our bodies and the Winter Season.  During the Winter months we need to store our energy, we need to listen to the sensations in our bodies telling us to rest and slow down and through slowing down and taking time to rest, your energy is being nurtured and nourished. It is important to take time to notice how we feel and to promise ourselves that we won't deplete our energy completely.

10.45am - 12.00pm   Yoga

A flow of wave like movements which allow muscles to soften gradually and without force, their rhythmic nature soothes and calms, allowing the mind to quieten moving you deeper and deeper into quiet and stillness, leaving you with a sense of peacefulness and renewal. These somatic yoga movements priorities the intelligence of the body over that of mind and are an invitation to wholeness.

12.00pm -1.00pm   Sound Bath

A blend of crystal and Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes and more, encourage deep relaxation and promote healing at a cellular level. Kerry will use sound from a range of instruments to help the body relax and the mind come to stillness. We will end with a short silence to allow the body to absorb the healing. Please make sure you are comfortable and warm to allow the body to completely let go of tension and holding.

1.00pm - 2.00pm -  Lunch

A tasty vegetarian lunch, drinks and cake. This yoga and sound bath retreat is accessible to all adults of moderate health. Beginners are very Welcome
