What do I need to bring? 
Please bring something to lie on; a mat (or a chair/sun lounger if you prefer) blankets, pillow, bolster, hot water bottle, sleeping bag (anything to make a comfortable space) along with some water to drink afterwards. . 

What do I need to do? 
All you need to do is arrive get warm and comfortable. Breathe and relax... Then observe the mind beginning to slow, as superficial and irrational thoughts are suspended, stresses release and the whole being is gently returned to harmonic balance. Experiences can be physical, as you feel the sound passing through the body, visual as the mind slips into an altered state, emotional, as feelings are neutralised or you might simply relax into a deep state of peace and weightlessness. . 

Any health concerns? 
Please get in touch if you currently have any medical conditions or metal work in the body (such as pins, screw, plates etc). This just informs me of how much volume I can work with. There are some health conditions that are not appropriate for healing through sound, such as sound induced epilepsy, the first trimester of pregnancy and those with pace makers, for example. . 

Is this Practitioner properly trained and insured? 
Sound is a powerful tool and is becoming more and more popular. Always ask your Therapist where they have trained and ensure that they have completed comprehensive training (not just a weekend course!) It is important that you feel safe and that the Practitioner knows what they are doing. For this session you are in good hands; Steph Healy is a highly qualified Sound Therapist and Teacher (with the College of Sound Healing). .
