What causes your heart rate to lower?Dr. Saira Ismail is a board-certified family physician with over 30 years of clinical experience. She is a graduate of NEOMED and spent her career in NEO. She was in private practice for over 25 years and is also the past medical director of NEOMED’s Free Clinic where she continues to mentor medical students and provides medical services for the under and uninsured patients.
