About the 'Sound Bath'

Our session will begin with a gentle guided meditation using words and sounds to support our bodies, minds and senses to relax and ease tension into a comfortable position laying down (seating can be an option if required).

Following this a series of meditative sounds will combine from tsingshaws, singing bowls, shruti box, hypnotic frame drum, mantra and voice. This sound bath will encourage us to surrender to the continued efforts of what we cultivate to flourish.

Therapeutic sound can relieve stress, reduce tension, physical pain, help ease the mind to a point of clarity or a sense of feeling 're-set'. It is known to elevate moods to a positive state and boost general well-being. Frequently people have reported to having a great nights sleep after!

The event will begin at 7pm but you are welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes earlier to use the facilities and orientate. The door will open at 6.50pm.

* Tickets are set at a sliding scale to choose which suits you.

* Please note that these sessions are for smaller groups of people.
