Meet at Pentland Hills Cafe Express in Pentland Hills Regional Park (Flotterstone) car park from 9:15am.  Will be JOGGING up at 9:30am.  It is 15 minute (2km) JOG each way to swim spot along road.. 
Swim footwear advisable though not essential. Ability to hop over a wall required. (Actual swim time will be 9:50am)
Swim for 40-45mins (1km) then Jog back. 
Skinny Dippers, Textiles and Wet-Suit Swimmers Welcome.
Water Temp expected to be around 19c so bring lots of extra layers and a hot drink for afterwards.
