Fury to Freedom is a 9D Breathwork journey that creates space to explore and move through anger, frustration and emotional charge in a supported environment.

The session incorporates intentional breathwork, immersive soundscapes, guided cues and phases of activation and regulation. Participants may experience a range of responses, including emotional release, insight, grounding or a sense of lightness — each journey unfolds in its own way.

This experience may be of interest to people who:
