- **Event Description**: Join us for a special Day of Mindfulness at Tào Khê Mindfulness Practice Centre, with the presence of two monastics from Blue Cliff Monastery: senior monastic br. Pháp Lạc and br. Đại Lực. 

We will begin the day with a recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. This will be the very first recitation ceremony held at the centre.

Overnight stay from Saturday to Sunday is available, with a suggested donation of $50. You are also welcome to bring a tent if you prefer to camp overnight.
(if you are staying overnight you do not need to register for the day of mindfulness. This option will include your day of mindfulness registration)

Your generous contributions for the Day of Mindfulness on Sunday are also warmly appreciated. All donations go toward supporting the visiting monastics and the continued growth of our practice centre.

6:00 AM - 30’ Sitting Meditation
Walking Meditation
8:00 AM -  Breakfast
9:30 AM - Dharma Talk 
11:00 AM - 5 Mindfulness Trainings Recitation Ceremony
12:30 PM - Lunch 
2:30 PM - Dharma Sharing (2 groups: English & Vietnamese)
