The session promptly begins at 7:30pm so please arrive ten minutes before.During a Sound session, I begin with an explanation of what to expect before we move into a comfortable position and focus on the breath to really get us in a calm mindset ready to receive an hour of bliss.I use Tibetan Singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Tingsha, Gong and chimes. This creates a lovely immersive experience which relaxes the mind as you enter a meditative state which in turn creates healing at all levels.Here are some benefits to Sound Therapy;• Better sleep• Reduced anxiety and depression• Reduced tension• Lowers stress• Helps with aches and painsHave you experienced the calm that a sound bath brings?Do something for you?Based in PenarthThis is an evening for you.
