There’s a different way to lead.

One that doesn’t rely on pushing through, overextending, or running on empty —
but instead is grounded in awareness, sustainability, and care for yourself.

This August, we’re creating space for women in leadership, business, and professional roles to step away from the pace of daily life and reconnect with themselves.

In collaboration with White Pine Yoga, this overnight retreat blends nervous system education, gentle movement, nature, and meaningful connection.

What’s included:

✨ Yin/Yang yoga + restorative touch yoga
✨ Burnout prevention workshop through nervous system awareness
✨ Reflection, self-inquiry, and guided discussion
✨ Time in nature — river, kayaking, swimming, hammocks, hot tubs
✨ 6km guided hike
✨ Space for connection, networking, or quiet rest
✨ Gourmet catered meals + shared accommodations
 Meals by His & Hers Gourmet Grazing and Gifts and Kasia's Gourmet Kitchen
