Mental Health First-Aid two-day course
Monday, January 26 and Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Mental Health First Aid provides the practical knowledge and skills to support to a person who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being, or a mental health or substance use crisis until professional help is available. This training is facilitated by a Mental Health Commission of Canada qualified instructor.
Participants must commit to two full days of training in order to receive their certification.
