What to Bring to Your First Reformer Class
✨ Grip Socks (required)
For hygiene and safety on the reformer. We recommend non-slip grip socks — available for purchase at The Portal if you don’t have any.
💧 Water Bottle
Stay hydrated — reformer classes are low-impact but deeply activating.
🧘♀️ Comfortable, Fitted Clothing
Opt for leggings or shorts that move with you (avoid loose pants that could catch in the springs).
Form-fitting tops help instructors see alignment and support your posture.
🧣 Hair Tied Back
Keep hair away from straps and moving parts for safety.
💫 Optional: Light Layer
Our studio is cozy, but a light long sleeve or wrap is nice for your cool-down.
