Join Ryan for our first class of 2026 and begin the new year in a calm, supported, and intentional way.

This gentle class is designed to help you ease into the year ahead rather than rush into it. We will focus on slowing down, grounding your body and mind, and creating space for how you want to feel as you step into 2026. It is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and set thoughtful intentions in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

This class is open to everyone and no previous yoga experience is needed. It is included for Jewel Members and Mini-Jewel Members, and drop-ins are welcome as space allows. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving your spot ahead of time.
