Join us for a joyful, worshipful fitness experience designed just for women! Led by Holly Walsh, this unique class combines faith-filled dance and movement with a spirit of community, encouragement, and fun. No dance experience is required—just a willing heart and a desire to move, worship, and connect.
Each week begins with 45 minutes of worship and dance-based fitness, set to praise music that gets your body moving and your spirit refreshed. Afterward, stick around for a sweet time of fellowship, snacks, and light refreshments.
Childcare is provided for children from your own household. Check-in your little ones at the JoyKids welcome desk, then head down the ramp to the Fellowship Hall for class. No Registration Required.
This is a judgment-free, joy-filled space. Whether you’re a mom needing a moment to breathe, or a woman looking for connection and movement—this class is for you.
If a class is ever canceled, a notice will be posted on Facebook by 6:00 AM that morning. Additionally, anyone who has already attended will receive a direct notification as well.
