Gratitude Grows Beautiful Things 🧡

This is a 1 hour gentle yoga flow with themes and intention of gratitude, connection and growth. 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️

Following a gentle flow we will have a community plant and prop swap and community discussion. Talking all things plants obvs and trading props and plant babies 🪷

🌱 Please bring any healthy cutting or props or rooted and not rooted fine. No bugs or pests please.

🪴 Bring any jars, pots or gardening accessories to swap or donate. No broken and in condition only please.

🌿You will leave with a heart full of gratitude, connection any traded or swapped plants and take home anything you did not. We do not have space to store.
