4PM Sound Bath at the KW Spa

Join us for a personal sound bath experience at the KW Spa!

Feel nurtured and at ease while you immerse yourself in this luxurious sound experience. Drift into deep relaxation as your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) is gently activated, guiding your mind and body into a state of true restoration.

In our cozy, intimate setting, we’ll begin with personalized tuning fork treatments for each guest, then move into a short guided meditation. From there, allow yourself to be carried by a soothing soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other calming instruments. To close, you’re invited to enjoy optional oracle card pulls and light refreshments.

No prior experience is necessary for this class.

Provided items:

• Yoga mat
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Eye Pillow

Things to know/bring:

• You will be lying on mats for most of the session. Although everything you need will be provided, feel free to bring anything extra to enhance your comfort (such as an extra pillow).
• Wear comfortable clothing - think of a sleepover party :)
• Please be aware that incense is used before guests arrive to cleanse the space and instruments. Let us know if you have any scent sensitivities.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. We kindly request that you respect the time and space allocated for your session. Doors will be locked after the start time to ensure all present participants enjoy an uninterrupted sound session.

All sales for sound meditation are final.
