Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Kathie at Liberty Hall

Help us welcome the cooler fall season while enjoying a relaxing meditation using singing bowls. Join Kathie, experienced yoga instructor, in a crystal bowl sound bath session.

The program is recommended for teens and adults.
You must bring your own mats and foam yoga blocks. For your comfort, you may want to bring a blanket or additional mats for extra padding.
The cost is $5 per person
