***THERE WILL BE A SINGING BOWLS GUIDED MEDITATION ON JUNE 18TH INSTEAD OF BEGINNER YOGA***

This class is is intended for teens and adults and is open to all experience levels.

When: Every Thursday, 7-8pm
Where: Liberty Hall, 100 Lincoln Road, Marquette Heights, IL
The fee is $5 per person.

All participants must bring their own mats and blocks. Please avoid attending class if you are feeling ill.
