'The OUTDOOR GIRLS!' 🥾✍️🎨

☆☆ perfect for hardy girls who don't mind a good bit of manx weather! 🌞🌧

Meeting out on location at one of the 
Island's beauty spots (a different place each month) we will spend approximately 2 hours sketching / plein-air painting / taking photos of whatever catches our eye and inspires - from a beautiful detail, a series of images, or a whole landscape.

These sessions will give you a healthy glow! getting out in the fresh air, making time for mindful creativity, + a gentle walk within a friendly, supportive group 🩷

Join us for sketching around the recently restored Peel Cathedral, and it's beautiful gardens! Did you know, it has 17 themed gardens within it? It has art, sculpture, a sundial memorial, replica celtic crosses, a labyrinth & a maze, a keeill, and is alive with flowers, plants and trees!  It has so much to offer, and there is always something new to find, a perfect spot for sketching! ✍️

Fill your sketchbook with ideas & experiments...and capture life's moments. Have fun, loosen up and let your inner Artist out to play! ✍️

On - Saturday 19th September, 
1pm - 3pm 

At - Peel Cathedral 🏰🌳

Please bring favourite sketching materials, and a mini Art-kit. Think pad, pen, coloured pencils, pastels etc 

There are many positives to sketching  in a group - a sense of community with like-minded folk, a sharing of techniques & tips, and you'll likely feel more motivated to keep learning / adding to your skills or just simply sketch for the pleasure of it.  We'll help you feel brave and playful, loose and expressive!

Join a small friendly group for a two hour mini-retreat from your responsibilities, get creative and inspired! Gentle guidance is offered to support your process, where we can all share ideas, techniques & tips 🎨
