ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Get ready to embark on an exciting journey where little hands create amazing wonders! We’ve transformed our adult ceramic lanterns into a delightful, kid-friendly experience, and here’s how we will roll:

Get ready to dive into a clay-tastic adventure where little hands create big wonders! Highlight the magic of crafting unique pieces. We will lead the young creators through designing + crafting slab lanterns, starting with a simple design. We will guide them in cutting windows and pressing patterns in clay.

Throughout the workshop, children will learn fun clay making techniques, enabling them to add unique designs to their creations! By the end of the workshop, each child will leave with their stunning Christmas House lantern design (and lantern to collect later)!

***Actual T-light artwork will be ready by February half term!

Join us for this unforgettable experience where imagination knows no bounds, and let your child's creativity shine amongst the stars!

Our mini-artists will create + build confidence + dexterity in a place for artists to sparkle + shine + showcase their success in the heart of our maker space! 

This workshop is not just a fun, hands-on escapade—it’s a journey into the world of creativity, fine motor skills, and the charm of handmade crafts perfect for the Winter Season!
